It is also an inspiring book for any person with an active intellectual life in science or philosophy. I take my time reading and learning. I really believe that and feel strengthened in that belief now.Lastly I want to share that I really appreciated that the author has included so many exercises after each chapter, making the wisdom of the West and East more accessible. Phil Capelle takes you inside the mind of a Pool Master as he discloses anything and everything you need to know to excell at 9-Ball. I guess you could say that it provides a pretty good insight to the gay "culture" in contemporary urban NZ.While this book won't be for everyone, it is certainly a thought provoking and ultimately very powerful novel.. It has been my favorite this summer so far.. I highly recommend it.. People you thought you could trust, and you never should have. But as bad as it gets, everything continues to go on.
