This book has clear teaching about the Holy Spirit and scripturally sound. I am a beginner and found that the songs were very easy to play. Unfortunately, his essay stresses “community” which doesn’t always suffice. It is simple to understand, instilling confidence & accomplishment from the beginning. Great ideas in this book!. It's a tiny percentage which makes the difference between a profitable establishment and one out of business: it's good to have a practical step-by-step guide to reducing costs in food, beverage, operations and labor alike.
