This book was read a number of years back while I was a student at the National Fire Academy in Maryland. The stories are written on the perfect level for preschoolers and the pictures are vibrant and work great to keep the children engaged. Simply excellent!. This book is the tops! The primary focus is programming with the Cloudscape database, but it does give you code snippets to use if you're using Oracle or one of the Microsoft databases (like SQL Server). Though a fast primer to read through rapidly, there is so much detail that digging in and researching further events of interest will yield much new knowledge. I think that part of Hamilton's success is about his uncanny ability to speak the truth in love.We are living in uncertain time economically. This book provides excellent and easy to understand information that I can use hands-on. (There are also instructions for chocolate or marzipan roses in section 3.) I would highly recommend this book.. Certainly not enough to distract from the rich and very useful material, however. Great reading before falling asleep under the stars next to a campfire after a long day of hiking.. These guys come pretty close to that, but they're much more h
