The contents of this book fluctuate from the interesting and informative, to the staggeringly useless. This year was the 40th annivesary of this tragic event. I disagree; the story is far too imbued with the supernatural for that comparison to be more than superficial. This is a very good story, but I only gave it 3 stars because it isn't quite a 4 star book.
