I do wish that the value of the book matched the content quality. This book has a variety of articles and authors. It was taken out of circulation from a library, so I think the cover is extra heavy duty and the only markings are the library name and "taken out of circulation date" stamps. It is really one of the better ones out there.. Added to that, he provides no email or contact information whatsoever.
