If you are living life to the fullest, and your days are graced with love, light, laughter, and joy, then read this book to re-live, review, and smile along with Brent at how you got where you are. And yet, I am living in the Western world, and I felt like a retreat to Eastern practice wouldn't be satisfying in the end. I laughed (out loud), cried (more than with any other book) and MAY have yelled some obscenities.
